A revolutionary moka pot that combines the technology developed by illycaffè and the design experience of Alessi. Designed by Michele de Lucchi, Pulcina contains a small but substantial design innovation that interrupts the delivery of the drink at the right moment, before the coffee acquires a bitter aftertaste. This allows to enhance the full-bodied and round aroma of this drink. The spout, reminiscent of a chick's beak (hence the name of the coffeemaker) allows the drop to be perfectly cut.
